Standard check-in is from 11:00 AM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Unmarried adult couples are welcome, and the Aadhaar card is accepted as ID. For anything not covered here, call or WhatsApp us.

Is there a 24-hour checkout?
No. A 24-hour checkout means you leave a full day after your own check-in time, rather than at a set hour. Hotel Vinayak Plaza does not offer it: check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need more time, ask for late check-out, which is subject to availability at Rs 500 per 2 hours, or early check-in, explained below.
Early check-in after an overnight train or flight
Early check-in is subject to availability. If you are arriving on an overnight train or an early flight, ask for it when you book, send your arrival time and check whether a charge applies.
Late check-out and leaving your bags
Late check-out is subject to availability, at Rs 500 per 2 hours. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out.
Arriving late at night
Late-night arrivals check in normally. Send your expected arrival time when you book.
ID rules, couples and local guests
ID at check-in
The Aadhaar card is accepted as ID at check-in. If you plan to show a different ID or a digital copy, or want to check whether each adult needs their own ID, call or WhatsApp us to confirm before you pay the advance.
Can unmarried couples stay?
Yes. Unmarried adult couples are accepted at Hotel Vinayak Plaza. The Aadhaar card is accepted as ID at check-in; for any other ID, see ‘ID at check-in’ above.
Guests whose ID shows a Varanasi address
For unmarried couples, an ID that shows a Varanasi (local) address is not accepted. If you live in Varanasi and want to book as a couple, call or WhatsApp us before you pay the advance.
Foreign nationals
Yes, foreign guests are accepted. Before you travel, ask us which documents to bring for check-in.
Children and extra-bed charges
Children’s ages and charges
Children stay free up to 11 years. For the charge for an older child, or whether children need ID, ask us before you book.
Extra bed, cot and extra-person charges
An extra bed costs Rs 700 per night. For which rooms can take an extra bed, whether a cot is available, or the charge for an extra person, call or WhatsApp us.
How to book, pay and confirm a room
Booking by phone or online

Advance and payment
A Rs 500 advance confirms your booking. The hotel accepts UPI, net banking, card and cash.
Cancelling or changing a booking
If you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in, you get a full refund. To cancel later than that, or to change your dates, call or WhatsApp us and we will tell you what applies to your booking.
House rules during your stay
There is no smoking inside the hotel.
If you plan to bring a pet or have visitors come to your room, ask us before you arrive.

I arrive on an early-morning train. Can I check in early or keep the room longer?
