  • Your User ID is the case number printed on the front page of the hospital case file or on the smart card.
  • The first time, enter the 4-digit smart card PIN as the password. The page then takes you to ‘Forgot Password’ to create a new password with an OTP, and you log in again with the new password.

Keep the login private

Never share the patient’s case number, PIN or password with anyone who offers to fetch reports or speed up an appointment. Use only links on the hospital’s own website. This website will never ask for them, and our WhatsApp number is for room enquiries only.
